Masculine 40th birthday
Made this really simple 40th birthday card for a friend on the weekend. I always find it so hard to make male cards so I was really happy to find this idea. Unfortunately I don't know who to thank for this idea but I love it for men's cards. It's made using white card for base card, black card cut into two strips and printed stripe from DCWV stack. The '40' is painted chipboard numbers and the 'happy birthday' cirlce is from 'The Cutting Cafe' digi stamp.

Quick Digi Cards
Made these two cards in very short amount of time. The images are from Charmed cards and craft digital stamps and are available in both coloured and uncoloured images. I chose the pre-coloured images for these cards due to time issues.
The first card is called 'chillin Mikey' using SU Real Red and Black card stock. DCWV mat stack for pattern paper, SU star punch and MM Birthday greeting. Image shape from nestables.
The second is called 'Girl about Town' using black card stock and sentiment is also from the same range. Pattern paper is from DCWV mat stack 'All Dressed Up' and flower with brad added to pretty it up.
As I mentioned, very easy cards.
Hope you like.

Cowgirl Mini Album
Hi all. Back creating again. Had a few busy weeks with work/home life. Just made this gorgeous little mini album for my niece who is horse mad. Snapped a few pictures of her and some friends after she had just come back from riding.
As soon as I saw this album in the scrapbook store I had to have it for these photos. I think it was a Bella album. Painted with Kaisercraft 'sea breeze' and covered with Creative Imaginations patterned paper. Added embellishments, bling, chipboard horseshoes/flowers/hearts and stickers from Sandylion. Put together with metal ring and added variety of ribbons to make it all a bit pretty.
Hope you like.

For the New Grandparents
I so love this image from Penny Black Stamps. He's just so cute. I made this card for some special friends Sonja & Col, who have just had their first grandchild.
The image is stamped onto cream cardstock & coloured with watercolour pencils. I've cut the oval shape & scallop oval from nestables and mounted onto cream cardstock which I have run through the cuttlebug with textile texture folder. The blue card is SU Brocade Blue. The brads are actually homemade as I didn't have any to match. I've punched these from hole punch and added SU crystal effects to give them the raised look. This idea came from my friend Sharon. The "Congratulations"is stamped in versafine vintage sepia and a touch of sponging arount the edges. The organza ribbon is from my stash.
Thanks for looking.

CCEE Technique Challenge Trifold
This is my entry for the CCEE challenge. Hopefully it makes it in time.Thank you to Sharon at www.cardsbyrequest.blogspot.com for the idea to make a baby card. I've needed to make a baby boy card for a few weeks now so this will be on its way to Melbourne tomorrow. This wasn't anywhere near as complicated as it looks. I've use SU Baja Breeze as the card base. I didn't have the right p/paper I needed, so I stamped white card with SU Bashful Blue hand and footprints from Kaisercraft and then run through the cuttlebug swiss dots. The other paper paper was from my supplies but I don't know the brand name. The spotted piece on the end is also cuttlebugged with Baby folder. Added blue ricrac, buttons,MM rubon and baby sticker. The image on the front is from Pink Cat Studio Sweet Pea Stamps. I've coloured image with copic markers and cut oval with CM oval cutters. The verse is Inky Antics stamped in SU Bashful Blue on white card.
Thanks for looking.
